Applicable law and mediation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. They may be modified at any time by the Site Editor or its authorised representative. The general terms and conditions applicable to the user are those in force on the day of his\/her order or connection to this site. The Publisher undertakes, of course, to keep all its previous general terms and conditions and to send them to any user who requests them.<\/span><\/p>\n

1With the exception of public policy provisions, any disputes that may arise in connection with the performance of these general terms and conditions may, prior to any legal action, be submitted to the Site Editor for amicable settlement. You are expressly reminded that requests for amicable settlement do not suspend the time limits for bringing legal action.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the absence of an amicable settlement, the Vendor\/Publisher sets the courts of the judicial district of Nivelles (Belgium) as having sole jurisdiction, except in the case where the user is a consumer and the jurisdiction of these courts cannot be valid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise provided by public policy, any legal action relating to the performance of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal to which the matter is referred.<\/span><\/p>\n

Consumer mediation: in accordance with Book XVI of the Code of Economic Law, the Seller refers its private customers to the European Commission’s online platform for resolving consumer disputes in the event of disputes that cannot be resolved amicably: http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\/.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
