Virgin rapeseed oil has a beautiful amber colour and remarkable dietary and taste qualities. Its pronounced taste goes very well with all raw vegetables.
The virgin oil comes from a single cold pressing. The pressing is very gentle: 3.50 litres/hour. It thus retains all the fragrance of sunflower and rapeseed almonds and preserves all its nutrients (vitamins, omega-3, omega-6, …). It is always pure (no mixing of raw materials or finished products).
