This wine has not been fined. Before bottling, a loose filtration was carried out in order to
to preserve as much as possible the gustative qualities of the wine. The bottling is done at the beginning of January for
to preserve as much as possible the fruit of the wine.
Cultivation method: Certified organic agriculture since 2011. Since 2014, the new plantations are
carried out in Agroforestry. Indeed, we plant hedges around our plots as well as trees.

Tasting: The first nose is very fruity, then with agitation, perception of toasted and spicy notes. The
mouth is frank and structured. The finish is remarkable with a persistence of red fruits.
This cuvée, like all those of the Domaines, is vinified without sulphite.
